1、 Overview
This series of pressure transmitters adopts imported sensor pressure sensitive components, uses computer laser resistance adjustment for temperature compensation, and adopts an integrated junction box design. Equipped with dedicated wiring terminals and pointer or digital display, it is easy to install, calibrate, and maintain. This series of products is suitable for various enterprises and institutions such as petroleum, water conservancy, chemical engineering, metallurgy, power, light industry, scientific research, environmental protection, etc., achieving the measurement of fluid pressure and being suitable for all weather environments and various corrosive fluids in various occasions.

5、 Electrical wiring
The signal terminals are located in a separate compartment of the electrical box. When wiring, the meter cover on the wiring side can be unscrewed. The power supply is connected to the transmitter through a signal wire and does not require additional wiring. The signal line can be twisted pair. In situations with severe electromagnetic interference, it is recommended to use shielded wires and properly ground them. Signal wires should not be threaded into metal tubes or placed in the same slot as other power cables, nor should they pass near strong current equipment. The threading holes on the electrical housing of the transmitter should be sealed or plugged (with sealant) to avoid moisture accumulation inside the electrical housing. If the threading hole is not sealed, when installing the transmitter, the threading hole should be facing downwards to drain the liquid. The signal line can also be floating or grounded at any point in the signal circuit, and the transmitter casing can also be grounded or ungrounded. Because the transmitter is grounded through capacitive coupling, a megohmmeter higher than 100V should not be used when checking insulation resistance. A voltage not greater than 45V should be used for circuit inspection.

7、 Precautions
Please connect the wires correctly according to the diagram. If the connection is reversed, there will be no signal output due to the use of protective measures inside the transmitter. The transmitter can operate by turning on the power, but the output signal after preheating for 30 minutes is relatively stable and reliable. This transmitter is used in media that are non corrosive to silicon and stainless steel (except for special anti-corrosion types). The maximum pressure that can occur in the measured system should not exceed the rated overload value. The back pressure end of the transmitter should not be directly connected to conductive or corrosive liquids or gases. The air vent of the liquid level sealed gas conducting cable should not be blocked. It is strictly prohibited to insert sharp and hard objects into the pressure output hole, and the diaphragm of a flush membrane transmitter cannot be collided with anything such as hands. This product is a precision primary measuring instrument, and it is strictly prohibited to hit, forcefully clamp, disassemble, or use sharp metal tools to poke the pressure hole. Install the instrument in a ventilated, dry, corrosion-free, and shaded area as much as possible. If the on-site environment is harsh, appropriate measures should be taken to protect the instruments. If the output is abnormal, stop the machine for inspection. If it is a product quality issue, return it to our factory for repair and replacement along with the warranty card and user manual.
Non professionals are not allowed to open the instrument circuit board or change other devices.
